Roger Civalleri, CBI, M&AMI
Business Sales & Consulting
As a business intermediary for more than 10 years, Roger has represented and completed the sale of more than 70 companies, including distributors, manufacturers, services, retail and restaurants that have ranged up to $15 million in sales.
Before joining Plethora Businesses, Roger was the Vice President of an LA County business brokerage firm. During his tenure, he received several awards for his accomplishments, including "Top Overall Producer" in 2008 and "Broker of the Year" in 2007.
Roger's success and expertise has been enhanced from the experience of owning six different entrepreneurial companies over a 23 year period. That experience ran the ownership gamut from start-ups to buying, merging and the selling of his businesses. As a business owner, he learned and is sensitive to the concerns of both buyers and sellers and can negotiate the buying process in a way that is mutually agreeable for both parties.
Civalleri holds the rare designation of Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), the highest certification achievable through the M&A Source. He is also a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a Certified Business Broker (CBB) through the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).
A graduate of UCLA with a Masters degree in business administration, Roger currently serves on the Directors Council of UCLA's Cotsen Institute of Archeology. He is past president of the Manhattan Beach Rotary Club and is an avid sailor and the Staff Commodore of the Corsair Yacht Club.
