John brings over 25 years of financial experience in a wide range of industries including Telecommunications, Consumer Package Goods, Service, Medical, Equipment Manufacturing and Distribution.
Prior to joining Plethora Businesses, John was a principal with Bourgault Capital Corporation, a boutique investment bank. John focused on sell side representation, structured finance, and sourcing financing for both public and privately-held corporations. Prior to working for Bourgault Capital Corporation, John was an accountant for Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) for almost 8 years where he was a senior tax manager representing primarily large multi-national public companies.
He holds 2 securities licenses, a Series 7 and a Series 66, is a licensed real estate broker and has been an active business intermediary since 1988. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and a law degree with an emphasis in taxation.
