As a transaction coordinator, Jaime assists in the sale of low to mid-market, privately owned businesses, provides business valuation services and aids business owners in preparing their businesses for sale. She oversees transactions from beginning to end, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to closing. Working with both the sellers and buyers, she ensures confidentiality and compliance throughout the process.
Jaime graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in three years and after a stint in project management in commercial banking, she joined Plethora Businesses.
