Marketing Coordinator
  

Tedd's role at Plethora is primarily involving coordination of meetings and phone conferences between Plethora and Business Owners. Additionally, he coordinates the gathering of financial statements from Business Owners in order to proceed with valuations. He also works with the rest of the Marketing Team on various special projects.

Prior to working at Plethora Businesses, Tedd worked for Pacific Life Insurance Company in sales for close to 10 years . While at Pacific Life he worked with Financial Planners, CPAs, and Attorneys incorporating Pacific Life's Financial products into their clients' financial plan.

In Tedd's first two and a half years at the company he worked his way up to Internal Wholesaling (Sales) from the Operations Division. He was successful in increasing productivity while in an Operations role by introducing new processes for client communication and creating reports measuring staff productivity.

Once promoted into Sales in 2002, over the next two years he rebuilt the struggling Southeastern region of the Annuities and Mutual Funds Division from an underperforming region to one that was profitable and exceeding management expectations. By 2004, Tedd won an award for most sales in my distribution channel, which included 40 his peers.

Following that, Tedd spent one year covering the State of Virginia and three years thereafter covering the State of Colorado. In each region sales were performing within the top quartile, but once Tedd stepped in to the Colorado Region, Annuity sales grew from $199 million to $249 million. That mark earned him the award for top producer for the Division, amongst 90 of his peers.

Tedd was also recognized for his prospecting abilities, bringing on over 100 new relationships consistently each year.

Tedd is from Newport Beach and currently residing in Irvine with his wife and two children. When not enjoying time with family he also enjoys golf, basketball, and watching USC football.
