Mike is a sophisticated, modern-day executive with a long list of accomplishments.  He has been a serial entrepreneur for the last 24 years actively involved with both private and public companies, spending much of his time Starting, Growing, and Raising Capital (over $200 Million) for early stage companies. 

Mike has been in the high tech medical business for 34 years and at Johnson & Johnson was part of the team that developed the MRI system.  Mike’s concept of comprehensive outpatient services eventually developed into a new industry; now with over 5000 sites throughout the U.S. owned by numerous companies.  He has worked with many products including artificial arteries, angiographic catheters and wire guides, thermal dilution cardiac output devices, Swan-Ganz balloon catheters, nuclear cardiology, and lithotripsy equipment for noninvasive destruction of kidney stones.

After completing postgraduate studies at the Menai Bridge Ocean Science Laboratories, University of Wales, UK and receiving a BA in Zoology/Chemistry at San Jose State University, he worked as a Marine Biologist.  Married, he resides in Newport Beach where he enjoys flying and maintaining his competition aerobatic biplane, motorcycles, bicycling, scuba diving, tennis, golf, sailing, and friendships scattered worldwide.
