A savvy and talented business and sales professional, Mr. Buehler has 35 years of diversified business and leadership experiences.  As a strategic, operations-oriented senior executive, his broad-based knowledge includes expertise in operational start-ups and second stage sales growth providing leadership through all phases of business development, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing. 

Prior to his work, as a business intermediary and consultant, Michael was a successful 20 year veteran entrepreneur in the telecommunication industry.  Working with second and third tier communications providers, Michael created an innovative marketing process to benefit an impressive list of formidable national charities and non-profit organizations.  He then developed sale and marketing distribution channels in over 35 states that resulted in a very nice profit from the sale of his operations to a 1st tier communications firm.  

Unable to stay away from the business world for very long, Michael then offered his entrepreneurial spirit and broad based business experience, as a business consultant to several domestic communications companies, then expanding his base to foreign operations involving emerging and “green” technology companies.

Michael’s previous small-business experience running a Southern California-based manufacturing and distribution company gives him first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing business owners. It was at this privately held company, he learned the business of raising venture capital and driving a small company to profitability.

Michael’s success can be attributed to his unique combination of education, professional experiences and personality.  He is an excellent listener and whether working with corporate decision-makers, government officials, or legal advisors, is able to understand their needs and deliver in ways that exceed their expectations. 

Michael’s career began at Schaumberger Bros./Schlitz Distributor, where he spent 5 years in sales and operations. As a Regional Sales Manager for Redken Laboratories, he led a tri-state wholesale distribution effort to achieve unprecedented growth in annual revenue for the Company.  His business successes then led him to Walter E. Heller & Co. to assume the role of Vice-President of Factoring, offering business owners opportunities to create cash flow by financing their receivables.

Michael has been a California real estate licensee for over 20 years, and is continuing his education to attain the professional designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association. Michael is recognized by colleagues and associates, as a leader with determination and integrity.  A problem-solver, and analytical mind, he is expert at identifying challenges and the appropriate solutions. Personally, he has served on the advisory boards of several corporations, banking institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
