A seasoned and experienced entrepreneur, business executive and sales professional, Francisco has over 15 years of diversified business experiences in the banking, real estate, construction, manufacturing, global logistics and high-tech industries. 

Prior to his work, as a business intermediary and consultant, Francisco was a successful entrepreneur and a business executive responsible for corporate planning, mergers and acquisition, and responsible for corporate global revenue growth.

Francisco is uniquely qualified to guide business owners through the divesture and acquisition processes based on his extensive business experience. As an entrepreneur and business owner, Francisco has experienced the many challenges that are the common denominator of owning, operating and selling small and medium size businesses.

Francisco has been a California real estate broker for several years, and is continuing his education to attain the professional designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association. Francisco is recognized by colleagues and associates, as a resourceful and honest entrepreneur with strong drive, determination and integrity.  A problem-solver, and analytical mind, he is an expert at identifying challenges and the appropriate solutions.

Francisco earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University Northridge and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California Irvine.
