Dora heads up the company’s operations. Her personal practice areas are business and real estate financing, commercial real estate sales, merger and acquisitions and business valuations. Dora has over 25 years of experience in business and real estate finance, starting her career as a senior loan officer for a regional lending institution. Having co-founded a mortgage banking that grew to 160 employees in over 3 states, Dora was responsible for internal operations and overseeing the appraisal department.

Dora has received her senior appraiser certifications for both business valuations and machinery and equipment appraisals. In addition, Dora is a certified HUD underwriter and a certified business intermediary. She studied real estate finance at California State University, Fullerton and has put that education to work training finance and business specialists and presenting seminars internationally. Dora is an active member of the Society of Business Analysts, National Business Brokers Institute, California Association of Business Brokers and the International Business Brokers Association.
